Errands in the car

I was driving in the car yesterday asking the girls what they wanted Santa to bring them for Christmas...

They both screamed, "PRESENTS!"

I asked what kind of presents?

Londyn said, "a blue present"

Taylor said, "a pink present"

I asked what they wanted inside the blue and pink presents.

Taylor said, "uhmmm...a dolly."

Londyn said, "a new truck and a new house."

We might have a high maintenance one on our hands!

Still in the car...

I stopped at Arby's to pick Travis up some lunch.
It's pouring rain.
I'm pulling out onto a super busy street.
I roll the windows down and sacrifice soaking myself to see better.

Londyn is in the back yelling at me to please give her a french fry.
YELLING!

Once I finally got us safely onto the busy street and rolled my windows up, I explained to Londyn that she can't be yelling at me when I'm trying to concentrate on driving safely.

She understood and continued in a sweet, calm, inside voice...

"Come on mom, please come on mom...give me a french fry. You can do it. Come on mom! You can give me a french fry!"

Hahahaha!
